We had a good experience finding the wedding dress. We same back for the first fitting and the dress was 2 sizes too big. The estimated alterations would be over $500 dollars. I got a rehearsed talk about the waist size determinaning the dress size. Someone needs to learn how to take better measurements or this is a scam to make money off alterations. We couldn’t reorder in a smaller size or return the dress. We took the dress and had to go somewhere else to get another dress. Beware!

Hi Ann ~ I'm sorry you were unhappy when you came in for the bride to just try on her dress. You're bride did not meet with a seamstress, it was just a try on with a stylist (not an alteration appt.) With your brides situation we did need to order the size suggested by the stylist so it would fit her waist. That is very typical as I explained to you when you were here. Brandi’s was absolutely amazing to work with! My wedding dress turned out absolutely amazing! The only reason I give it 4 stars, is because there was a little mix up with a bridesmaid dress, and my fathers tux. BUT, they worked with us and fixed any and all problems! Definitely recommend buying/renting any wedding attire from here!

I will change my rating once we complete our exchange here but wondering if other people are finding that the store ordered their bridesmaids dresses too big. I am wondering if they do this so you have to pay more for alterations hoping that you go through them.....Something seems fishy. How can you take measurements and still have way too big dresses?
I had a wonderful experience at Brandi's! Bridget was fantastic at getting to know me and my vision, and guiding me through what could have been an overwhelming experience, but was instead smooth and enjoyable! Brandi's was the first place I went dress shopping, and even though they were very busy on that Saturday, I felt like they made me feel special. I loved their range of dresses, from style to price! Picking out my dress went really well. Then I had 4 or 5 alteration appointments, the seamstress told me “my dress didn’t need to be so risqué,” and the mesh on my dress was completely altered to the point of me hating my dress. I then wanted my dress returned to its original look, and I wasn’t able to pick up my dress until less than 48 hours before my wedding, and was still expected to pay for my alterations. Less than impressed is an understatement.

We cannot thank Brandis enough for making what could be a stressful time so enjoyable. My daughter and her bridesmaids had the best experience from start to finish. Seeing your daughter walk the runway in the dress of her dreams...priceless!!!
