RecommendedI had the absolute BEST experience at Brandi’s yesterday. I had no idea what I wanted. Bryce and Amy were FABULOUS and PATIENT. I ended up finding the one and I am so happy! The runway is so unique and the champagne toast was awesome. I would recommend Brandi’s to anyone. The experience was hands down something you would find in a bigger city. I couldn’t have been happier with Bryce and Amy. Brandi’s is definitely the place to go!!!! Thank you for such an awesome day! 5 stars!!!!
RecommendedI had a wonderful experience at Brandis! Each time they were very helpful from looking for a Mother of the Bride dress to ordering and picking it up. I would highly recommend going there. So many beautiful bridal gowns-bridesmaids-mother of the bride dresses. You will definitely find your dream dress there!! Thank you ladies!
Not impressed at all! We felt like the girl that was working with us was not open to any criticism on dresses. She was set on what she thought and needs to work on her facial expressions!! I now wish I would have spoke up while we were there.
felt rushed. my bridesmaids, mother & grandmother felt so pressured. at one point i felt like i wanted to cry & not because i loved the dresses but because i was so stressed out with the stylist we had... TERRIBLE STYLIST. at one point she was trying to tell me my family had no clue what they were talking about???? never coming back again. disappointed is an understatement. Abi, work on you’re customer service honey. at least fake it!

Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Yesterday I had the pleasure to work with Brandi’s Bridal Galleria in New Glarus, WI. I took all 8 of my bridesmaids to find their dresses & we had an awesome experience! There are a TON of options and the store associates were fantastic! I highly recommend Brandi’s!
Their service or lack of service! We were in the store for 15 minutes and we were never even acknowledged by any staff. Very disappointing.
RecommendedI had the best experience at Brandis this past weekend. My consultant, Kaitlin, was absolutely wonderful. She picked up so quickly on what styles I liked and was comfortable in. On top of that, I got to meet the store manager, who also made sure I had an unforgettable experience. I would recommend Brandis to anyone and everyone.
