Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Now that it's in they tell me they won't do alterations because it's less than 8 weeks until the wedding. (7 weeks). Wish they had told me this prior to ordering.

I had a wonderful experience! I went on a Sunday at 10am not busy at all! I had my own dressing room and my people had their own couch area! We got a tour of the bride room and store! Amber was my stylist and she was amazing! When she saw a dress I loved she brought me to the runway and made sure I felt amazing! She was very helpful and not pushy! I had a perfect day!!!!!

awful experience. when i left here i wanted to just give up. the stylist we had picked nothing out for me to try on. my bridesmaids and mom had to go through the store blindly picking out stuff for me to try on. very disappointed in Brandi's and won't be back.

Do not recommend at all. Very rude. Sized my maid of honor all wrong. Accused my bridesmaids of “blowing a vape” in someone’s face? Witch non of us vape so I don’t understand. No one helped us picked out dresses. Also one of my friends heard one of them talking bad stuff about my bridesmaids. Very disappointed
