RecommendedI have nothing but good things to say about Brandi's. They have a huge selection of dresses and let you pick out as many as you want to try on. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Every alterations appointment I had was quick and they took every little concern of mine into account. Would definitely recommend!

RecommendedThere are so many different dresses to choose from! The girls who helped me find my dress we're extremely helpful! Also, the seamstress who did the alterations was wonderful to work with.
I bought my bridesmaid dresses there. I had 9 girls, which made for a lot of opinions. By the end of trying on dresses I was starting to get stressed out, as no one could decide on a dress. The employees were so helpful, and told me not to rush. They wrote down the numbers of the dresses we liked, and told me to call back with my decision. RecommendedI was very happy with my wedding dress I found at Brandi's Bridal Galleria. I got so many compliments on my special day, about how it was such a beautiful representation of me. We also found my bridesmaid's dresses, and thanks to the giant selection, each of my ladies found a different style dress that wonderfully represented their personalities. RecommendedI've had a wonderful experience with Brandi's thus far I purchased my wedding dress, veil, and a bridesmaid dress from Brandi's within the last six months. However I have left three voicemails now over the course of four days (all during business hours) without reaching a person or receiving a call back. I'm supposed to pick up my wedding dress today and don't even know if it will be ready when I get there because I can't reach anyone.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible customer service and they ordered all of the girls’ dresses TWO SIZES TOO SMALL than what was written on the contract and told us there was nothing they could do, even though it was THEIR FAULT!!!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE place to go!!!! The people that took the measurements obviously had no idea what they were doing and have basically told all of my bridesmaids that they got fat.
Do not even waste your time going here ! None of the sales floor ladies give your correct information and they are very rude. Some of our dresses we ordered did not even fit.
