Had my brakes checked by Brake Check. After only **** miles, I had to get a saftey inspection. My emergency brake failed to pass inspection. I went back to Brake Check and the manager said if I had gotten the lifetime warranty they would have fixed it. Sounds like it wasn't fixed right the first time. Brake Check upper management told me they don't check emergency brakes and e-brakes are very complicated!! Terrible experience my wife got her brakes done here and the guy who put her brakes on did not assemble them right and a piece came apart and tore the rest of her assemble up terrible business and to make things worse I spoke to the ** and he's not even trying to refund her smh sad I honestly hope they don't stay open long because they are a total scam

I had the WORST service experience with the Brake Check In ************* that I've EVER HAD! I actually got SCAMMED to pay $3300.00 for work that made My brakes WORSE than when I brought it in! I can't believe they do THIS to people! I am looking into filing CRIMINAL CHARGES! BEWARE!!!!

I had a issue with my brakes on my way to work this morning. Ended up being near the Brake Check in ********************. They looked at my truck and had 3-4 mechanics under the hood, to include the manager, all while one guy sat in the cab of my truck for a good 10 minutes while it was in the bay. I observed several employees smoking cigarettes inside the maintenance bays while I waited. I feel like this is a major safety concern. The absolute worse experience ever . I went in for front brakes and they caused $2018.00 worth of engine damage. Your probably thinking " HOW " ? Exactly ! HOW ? and they didnt tighten the bolts on my calipers, my brakes were hanging off one loose bolt 2 hrs after leaving brake check. The after-market parts they're using are cheap and defective .. I think that the service I received at the Brake check located at ****************************************************** was definitely not showing integrity or professional practices.Anyone who uses this company be aware they they inflate your part cost 2.5-3.0 times the actual cost and in my case was not given an option on the cost of the part they ultimately used.Secondly,the mileage on my vehicle was registered incorrectly not adhering to what I would hope would be normal business practices.Thirdly, after having services... read more

I brought my vehicle for a full brake service, 9 months later I have noise coming from the left front.. I contacted them and let them know something was making a terrible noise when I applied the brakes. They asked that I bring it back so they could take a look. I brought it back, they took the left wheels off and stated they just needed a caliper and they put a new one on the left front. Also the had to put new wheel stud in too. I went for and oil change on 8/10/2021...was told I needed. *********** filters for my a/c...i told them i would come back and change them...well when I left...low n behold my a/c started sounding loud..I could not go back because i did not have time...
