This is one of the worst places to go to fix your car. They lie on how much it is to fix your vehicles. Don't don't tell you how much labor, equipment is for the vehicle I was quote an amount 2 hours later it was tripled. When I confronted the man he said I don't know what your talking about and left. I originally brought my car in for some squeaking. They quoted me on new pads and for my rotors to be resurfaced. At the moment I couldn't afford to get both done so I asked if it would be okay to just get some new pads and come back to get the rotors resurfaced. so I bought their coupon book from them for the 4 oil changes. the other day I give them one of my coupons (I used one the first day I bought the book, and then one yesterday. so I should have 2 left, as I do) however when I get home, I notice not only did they take my coupon for the oil change on the 2nd, but didn't charge me the 13 or so $,s they told me they were gone to. they charged me 80$ !!! then the guy on the phone calls me a liar..... so not only did they steal 80$, and my coupon from me, but then calls me a liar w... read more
I had wheel alignment work done in Houston, Tx. They replaced the control arm assembly with the wrong ones . I made several attempts to get them to correct the problems that was caused by their work. I had to go to another company to correct my problems. Brake Check employees stated that were no problems. I had to spend the same amount to repair the damages. The work at brake check amounted to me spending double for my repairs.
