so I bought their coupon book from them for the 4 oil changes. the other day I give them one of my coupons (I used one the first day I bought the book, and then one yesterday. so I should have 2 left, as I do) however when I get home, I notice not only did they take my coupon for the oil change on the 2nd, but didn't charge me the 13 or so $,s they told me they were gone to. they charged me 80$ !!! then the guy on the phone calls me a liar..... so not only did they steal 80$, and my coupon from me, but then calls me a liar w... read more
I had wheel alignment work done in Houston, Tx. They replaced the control arm assembly with the wrong ones . I made several attempts to get them to correct the problems that was caused by their work. I had to go to another company to correct my problems. Brake Check employees stated that were no problems. I had to spend the same amount to repair the damages. The work at brake check amounted to me spending double for my repairs.
