Horrible service, I went to have my brake pads and rotors changed at this place at the end of August and I dont believe they changed my brake pads or rotors although they said they did twice! If they changed them the first time I went in, why change them a second time? After taking my car here for service my brakes sound HORRIBLE very loud squealing, squeaking and grinding horribly. Last year in 2021 around November, the ***** light came on in my 2009 **** Escape. I took it to brake check to see if they can diagnose the problem. They called me & told me that the front brakes on my car were bad and needed to be replaced and it was a huge safety issue. The worst feeling is knowing that your car isnt properly being taken care of. I will NEVER EVER go back here ever again. I went in to do a regular oil change done. When I go home after hearing flapping from underneath my car. They never put my engine guard back on right and zipped tied it to my car. My **** Corvette is not running post test drive by Brake Check. And they refuse to take responsibility for the damages.
My daughter took her car in for an oil change. Later that evening there was a puddle of oil under her car. She had it towed back to Brake Check the next morning. She was told that they put in an oversized plug and they scraped her oil pan. They said that she shouldve had it replaced already even though her car was fine until she took it in for that oil change. They refused to help her remedy the problem. Took my truck in for a wheel alignment I and was informed doing normal conversation that once they aligned my wheels no one could mess with my suspension because it would void my warranty. After the alignment was done here comes the **** "Your front struts and rear shocks are worn and need to be replaced.". so hear this, I take my truck to brake check in cypress and they cant complete my alignment due to my skid plate, ok ill remove it no problem. I come back Monday like they said, I arrive and the guy with the tools is not there that day. I go back Saturday when he is there. he said he couldn't get the jam nut loosed and that I needed a new tie rod. The guy who brought out my truck tracked oil onto the floor mats. ****** at corporate is very racist & insensitive to how customers feel about the service they received. The crew at the location ****************************** in ****** ** definitely lacks professionalism! I went to that exact location for years, not anymore after finding out they overcharge on parts & half do the job required of them. Highly disappointed!
They should be ashamed of themselves they offer free brake check but when I went up there they said it was a new policy that they cant check brakes that someone else put in which is stupid I will be reporting to the better business bureau and I will be talking to someone in corporate I also would be looking to follow lawsuit just like they did turo tax for false advertisement for free services Brake Check, ******** location
