The worst feeling is knowing that your car isnt properly being taken care of. I will NEVER EVER go back here ever again. I went in to do a regular oil change done. My **** Corvette is not running post test drive by Brake Check. And they refuse to take responsibility for the damages.
My daughter took her car in for an oil change. Later that evening there was a puddle of oil under her car. She had it towed back to Brake Check the next morning. She was told that they put in an oversized plug and they scraped her oil pan. They said that she shouldve had it replaced already even though her car was fine until she took it in for that oil change. They refused to help her remedy the problem. Took my truck in for a wheel alignment I and was informed doing normal conversation that once they aligned my wheels no one could mess with my suspension because it would void my warranty. After the alignment was done here comes the **** "Your front struts and rear shocks are worn and need to be replaced.". so hear this, I take my truck to brake check in cypress and they cant complete my alignment due to my skid plate, ok ill remove it no problem. I come back Monday like they said, I arrive and the guy with the tools is not there that day. I go back Saturday when he is there. he said he couldn't get the jam nut loosed and that I needed a new tie rod. The guy who brought out my truck tracked oil onto the floor mats. ****** at corporate is very racist & insensitive to how customers feel about the service they received. The crew at the location ****************************** in ****** ** definitely lacks professionalism! I went to that exact location for years, not anymore after finding out they overcharge on parts & half do the job required of them. Highly disappointed!
They should be ashamed of themselves they offer free brake check but when I went up there they said it was a new policy that they cant check brakes that someone else put in which is stupid I will be reporting to the better business bureau and I will be talking to someone in corporate I also would be looking to follow lawsuit just like they did turo tax for false advertisement for free services Brake Check, ******** location
Had my brakes checked by Brake Check. After only **** miles, I had to get a saftey inspection. My emergency brake failed to pass inspection. I went back to Brake Check and the manager said if I had gotten the lifetime warranty they would have fixed it. Sounds like it wasn't fixed right the first time. Brake Check upper management told me they don't check emergency brakes and e-brakes are very complicated!! Terrible experience my wife got her brakes done here and the guy who put her brakes on did not assemble them right and a piece came apart and tore the rest of her assemble up terrible business and to make things worse I spoke to the ** and he's not even trying to refund her smh sad I honestly hope they don't stay open long because they are a total scam
