Had the worst experience finance manager added extra warranty and gap insurance to my Expedition with out asking me, very dishonest. Never mention that the taxes where going to be separate from the loan. Ask to speak to a manager never called back. Drove all the way from chicago and still the General manager didn't talk to me. Basically all they care is about making their money.
I took my car in for oil change and had them check the tires. The Wisconsin roads are bad. Great service.

I took my ford in because I was having problems with the doors not locking. They checked the car and found that it was a recall problem. They fixed it & I was on my way. Thanks.
Just had my ford taken in for a new clutch. Chad Sandman was amazing with connecting with me, the auto mechanics were also great connecting with me. They fixed my car within 48 hours. Cannot say anything bad about them. Great customer service, fast quality, and very professional. Thanks guys!
