My girlfriend had bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Braeger earlier this year. Not even 24 hours after her purchase the water pump went out. Had to get it towed and they wanted us to have the company who towed it take a look at it. We did that, and after we got an estimate, Braeger decided they were going to tow it to their shop and fix it them self. After many emails and waiting 2 weeks to get the car back, and after them saying they would reimburse us for the tow and estimate(which we never got a dime!) We got the car back...... read more
BAD customer service! I make a appointment for a test drive with Terry the internet manager and when I arrive they tell sorry we sold the suv! never called me and lost work to test drive the suv. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
Great Dealership, if your buying a car, leasing or getting service, everyone is friendly and the building is beautiful ! Very professional atmosphere and always a delight to visit ! Yes it is a five star dealership.
