I had John Studt as my salesman. Wonderful guy who's very knowledgeable about all the Ford products. He was easy to work with and didn't pressure me into making a decision. This is the 3rd car we've purchased from Braeger in the last year, with the other 2 being sold to us by his brother in law. The price of the first 2 cars made us come back for a 3rd.

Bought a 2016 ford explorer from them. Radio does not work and after 5 months nothing is fixed or resolved. Not happy
Tried to purchase a vehicle from them, was told that the car was slated to go to auction on the following Monday but they would hold the car while the paperwork was being run. In last two or three months I've spent a lot of time at this car lot. I was very against getting a car let alone my first car from a dealer and not a little side lot. But the second I walked in I just felt welcomed. I've been working with Eric Van Beck and he's amazing! He doesn't try to push a sale on you.
