They do not sell cars, they provide you with a rewarding experience. We were the winners of the drawing to receive a free car. Certainly they could have just handed over the keys; but, the team at Braeger did so much more!! They really made an effort to learn more about us as a family. They didn't have to, but they did. I've been with them for quite a few years and it has been a very good experience dealing with Braeger . If I do buy a Ford , which I most likely will , it will be Braeger !
During the purchasing process we had a great experience since this was our first time purchasing a car we were pretty happy with the outcome. However after the paperwork was signed and they check cleared the service we received was the complete opposite. Upon inspection of the car we determined a shock was bad and they only wanted to replace one even though they are supposed to be replaced in pairs, we ended up paying to have the other one repaired.
