Called to make an appointment for an oil change at 130 and they said they could do it at 230. Got there early. They brought the car in and I was out by 315. Great job!!!

Excellent service. Rudy my car salesman was extremely helpful when buying my new car. Even after purchasing my new car I went back to the dealership and Rudy my salesman helped me figuring out the car and my new cell phone.
Recently we bought a 2017 Ford Escape from Braeger Ford. We are 100% satisfied. In the past we have purchased a car with no regrets. Braeger Ford has certainly displayed good service and great management. We certainly recommend Braeger Ford!
I will never bring my car in for service again to this dealership. I bought a 2014 Ford Escape last year from Braeger. The sales man was great. Took the time to go over everything with me even after the dealership was closed. Now your service department is another issue. Over a year later I have been having an issue with a hesitation at a certain RPM. Took it in and I was told it needed spark plugs.
