Went in knowing what I wanted... They didnt try to upsell me in any way. Added a few options to my used vehicle and they added them within 24 hours so I could drive away next day! Also got more for my trade in than I asked for!!
I got right in and I didn't have to wait. Awesome, when time is money.

Another excellent service trip to Braeger Ford. As usual, the oil change, tire rotation, and car wash was performed perfectly and in a nominal amount of time. All my maintenance of my two Fusions are handled here and I am very pleased at the results. Keep up the fabulous work! See you when it is time for my next scheduled maintenance.
Made appointment , Turned wrong way and was late. Called and was told to bring my truck in anyway. Had oil changed and tires rotated in minimum time with no excess wait. Thanks to those who took care of me Side note I'm looking to trade in my 2016 F150 next spring. Hope Rik Emmrick is still there. He really went out of his way to help me out. I know it's what he gets paid for, but at 71 I can tell when extra effort is put in. Rich Cardin
Everyone with worked with was extremely helpful! They worked with us on price and made sure every part of the leasing process was smooth and painless. As first time leasers, we had a lot of questions and Nick S. was very knowledgeable and great to work with. At no point did we feel any pressure from anyone! We would highly recommend Braeger Ford!
