Eric is a great salesman always puts up with my bullshit. I'm always changing my mind with color, model, you name it. But he never complained once and was always kind to my wife and I. Eric is the best. On the other hand the service department is not my favorite. I understand there are a lot of assholes that come threw the door but not all of us are. Being kind to people when they come in with a problem isn't hard.
I bought my first car here 8 months ago. It was great. I bought my second car here in February. Terrible experience. The salesman that I had the opportunity to work with was great. This guy would have given me the shirt off of his back if I needed it. That’s why I came back the second time. Long story short this “used car manager” named dan literally let me walk away from a $27000 check, over a $150 difference. He can’t just “give” stuff away. Hmmmm.... I really had no expectations when walking into braeger other than I wanted to get a car. But i was greeted at the door with friendly faces. Everyone was nice the whole time we were there and kept asking if we needed anything. It’s nice to not feel pushed into buying a car or feeling obligated to get a car when you spend time looking around and driving cars. I really thought my whole experience from start to finish was great! Thanks again!!
