My wonderful experience was based entirely from the great service I received from my salesperson . I asked for a great car at a great price, and he worked hard to find it for me. We were able to negotiate entirely by phone and he brought me my new Equinox. Josh also took time to show me the many great features on my car. I love the Equinox and I am very happy with the price I paid,
Ever since I brought my chev cruise from them it was a lemon from the start and t I have had nothing but problems from the start I will never go to them again and I would not send anyone to them they fixed my first problem to get me outta there way👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎I got all these codes going on a 2011 failed emissions testing......WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!BAD BUSINESS

I came in to Braeger in a difficult situation and I was expecting to be told nothing can be done and turned away like multiple dealerships before. Mike Fuller went above and beyond to make sure I got out of a messy situation and into a new chevy Cruze. It was such an easy experience and Mike and Leo were awesome to work with, make sure you ask for these guys if you are looking for a new car!
I recently brought a 2017 Impala. I was very please with Tony Kossow which was my salesperson. He took time to show me cars that I might be interest in until I found the one that I liked. The finance manager went over and above to get my monthly payments to fit my budget. I had an issue with my car within a couple of days after I purchased the car. I called Tony and he handle the matter in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely go back to Braeger Chevrolet in the future and would recommend others as well.
Honest and helpful. There have been numerous times they have gone out of their way to ensure I am satisfied.
