Mark halbrooks was any amazing salesman. He took his time to show us everything we wanted, checked and compared prices for us, explained everything thoroughly and never once pressured us. Very good experience. They took care of my issue and I was out of there within the hour. And they did not try to make unneeded repairs just to get more money.
Probably one of the things at the very bottom of my list that I like to do is buy a new vehicle. However I did have a very pleasant experience here at Braeger, starting with my sales consultant Mike Fuller who I found to be no nonsense, knowledgeable and a great sense of humor to boot. Had a bad accident with my 2016 Suburban late August. It took a while to fix. However , it looks brand new. Can not say more about how great the quality of work and communication was. If it happens again, hopefully not. this is where I am coming. 10 star review

We came in to winterize our car. The experience was great. Not only was the service provided quickly, but the waiting room was relaxing, comfortable, and pleasant--with beverages and a lovely environment.
I received a letter in the mail telling me my truck was worth $37,600 on a trade at Braeger. I spoke with a salesman who told me they had a retraction to the letter but he would give me the best deal. The salesman talked with the general manager who wouldn’t even get off her Chair and come meet me. I have already had a bad experience at Braeger once but figured I would give them a second chance. I will never go back again !
