If we were not absolutely in love with the vehicle we purchased, we would have never gone here. The service is horrible, once you purchase a vehicle there, they could care less about you, they have your money. The general manager wouldn't even respond to my email (after she sent an email asking for feedback).
Just had another great experience. Bobby Ring was my sailsman and did a fantastic job. Not only did he get me the vehicle I wanted, but he kept me in the price range I wanted. So far I've leased 2 vehicles from you. I'll be back for more
We came to this location back in November with the help of a family member who knew Doug, the first time around he was very helpful and hilarious to be around and we quickly had a great relationship with him. He was helpful through the process of finding a bank to approve. Sadly we didnt find one. We just came back yesterday and tried again with the help of Doug and walked off a couple hours later with a vehicle So happy I got the car and so thankful for Doug!! I visited the service department to have a tire looked at that was low on air. I JUST got these $1,000 tires a couple months ago, FROM HERE. We made sure they came with road hazard. I had an appointment for 930am, at 11 the service advisor came out handed my keys to me and said they had to repair a nail and the valve stem was leaking as well. I had to pay $27 for them to repair the nail and he "took care of the valve stem" as a "favor" bc he didn't realize how expensive it was?? Really?!? Since when do we do work on cars and... read more
