I had the worst experience here. The customer service is probably the biggest issue here. Unfortunate such a beautiful dealership has such a rotten core. I went in to have my water pump and struts fixed under warranty, I had a trusted mechanic point out these issues to me and saw the leaks myself. When I got here the customer service rep was on the phone am so rudely ignored me for 5 minutes and than told me to have a seat and he would get to me when he was done. They don't actually fix anything. They say that they fixed everything u came in to get done on the car take the money and actually doesn't do shit as far as making the car drive better. You won't get any more money out of me and I'll be reporting you to the BBB I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT I WORKED HARD FOR!
My late husband and I bought 2 previous cars from this place. In 2014 I dished out $22,000 for a Chevy Cruze. I was always happy with the service I received from them. Until my warranty ran out. I went for an oil change else where (I live in Racine), and they said they couldn't get the oil pan bolt out because it was stripped. I came back to this place and was treated like crap! Like I was scum of the earth. I will NEVER set one foot in this place ever again!
