Dan M was a great sales rep, he made purchasing my truck simple and easy. He really took the time with me to get all of the tech features up and running and did everything he could to get me to my price! What a vastly different car buying experience.
Every employee I talked to at the location (except for the receptionist and mechanic I spoke to on the phone) was blatantly rude to the point I was almost in tears when I left after picking up my car. I don't think this place respects you at all if you don't look like you have a lot of money. Will not be stopping here when I purchase my next vehicle.
I drove 2 hours from Illinois to go car shopping. When we got to the dealership is was pouring down rain. Didnt think a sales person would come out to help us but Manny Torres did!!! And he stood in the rain with us until we deciden on which car to test drive. When i deciden on which car i wanted, Manny and Leo worked their butts off to get me the best price for my car and got me the financing i needed. 23 years ago I bought a truck here and the service was Great. I needed a different vehicle so I thought I would go back.What a HUGE mistake. The sales guys were good but the service and lack of attention to detail or SAFETY on the truck was horrible. Brake lights that didn't work when the lights came on, A bold spare tire with small pin holes. I guess I didn't catch so it's ok from the dealers standpoint.
