I love my car I bought from u guys
Recently purchased a Ford Escape at Braeger and couldn't be happier. I received excellent customer service from Dave Barth who helped me easily find the car I was looking for. A minor issue occurred involving a dent, but they set me up with a paintless dent repair service who was able to fix things to my expectation. Thanks again!!

Went to the dealership today to get my Antenna replaced, bc it was broken by the dealership after I got my car serviced. Did not see it until two days later. The guy at the dealership said it would cost $400 to replace. They wanted to replace the base and Antenna when the Antenna is the only thing that needed to be replaced. Went somewhere else and bought the Antenna for $25.05. The dealership is great to buy a car but not sure about the service department. Disappointed.
I want to thank Scott Hanson and crew for OUTSTANDING service and car care today. After spending two months in the hospital fighting cancer, Scott and your service staff brightened my day and returned a working car and a clean car. Thanks guys, I deeply appreciate it.
