This was, by far, the best car buying experience ever! Prior to coming to Braeger, I was at Lynch in Kenosha where they tried to rip me off. Fuming on my drive to Braeger, I wasn’t optimistic. Thankfully, I knew Tony Kossow’s sister and both of us being Veterans, I knew he would do his best. I bought in my 2012 Chevy Equinox for Repairs.Service Calibrator Engine Light on. I was told a seal in the engine needed to be replaced and quoted $2500 bucks for parts and labor. After picking my car up I was told everything was ok and after driving it for less than 2 days it had to go back in and I was told the Engine was shot !! Quoting me another $3500 to $7000 Bucks to repair ? If the Engine was shot I should of been told that In the first place !! They could have told me in October that my battery was bad... we had a very easy November and December.. how could it get to a 200 load deficit by January.. and was over the warranty by then.. very upset... I don’t believe I want them to check battery anymore... don’t trust....... my service man was at least pleasant.
