Michael, the used car manager, was beyond unprofessional. I have never dealt with someone so self absorbed and arrogant! If it weren’t for our salesmen, Zach, we would have walked out and went somewhere else.

purchased a vehicle in December of 2017. Had a wonderful experience felt that I got a great deal and was treated great. Contacted them on last Sunday and Monday for a vehicle that was perfect and in our price, was contacted by one person and then handed off to someone else. He initially was responsive sent pictures and then ignored me. Car sold in the time he wasn't talking with me.
