My daughter got over a $1,300. estimate to have brake work done on her vehicle. She thought the cost was a bit excessive. She called around to get estimates for the same repairs and each one was quite a bit cheaper. She ended up taking it to a mechanic that came recommended by people she knew. It turns out that some of the things Braeger said she needed repaired didn't need to be which brought the repairs down even more. They always take forever to do a oil change, also they miscommunicate prices all the time 🙄
RecommendedGood service and they do listen to you. Keep in mind: only go and wait for service if you have nothing to do for awhile... oil change today took an hour and a half...

Josh & Mike were absolutely amazing! They got me into an extremely nice gently used Hyundai Elantra! Leo did my paperwork and the process was so smooth! Ask for Josh or Mike with your next car!
Incredibly unprofessional and unorganized! I made an appointment 2 weeks before I dropped off my car so they could order parts. They told me all parts were in so I dropped off my vehicle. Eta was 3 days, but today is day 7 and not so much as even a phone call! I had to reach out, only to be told they didn't have the correct parts. wtf?! Why didn't you check to make sure BEFORE you started working on my car? I own a small business and would NEVER tell a customer I have their item if I didn't open the box & inspect it first! Do not purchase a car from them. The sold me a lemon then wanted $1500 to fix it. Sales rep changed my information for the insurance to go thru just to sell me the lemon!
