My Experience: I payed for a diagnostic analysis on my car and they said there were to many codes to identify the problem and that they would need an additional $500 to begin looking to find the problem. They refused to provide me a list of the codes, which is at least what I purchased from them. They would not provide a reason as to why they could not give me the list. I was charged $259 for a $80 part that only took them maybe 10 min to replace.My car was in for a service and a recall.I was told about this after they had replaced the part,and given a price on what I owed.I have bought a new and a used car from Bradshaw and they have taken advantage of me in the past.I gave them another chance due to the recall on my new car.I don't mind paying for service and parts.But they are so wrong for being so dishonest about the price of the hose.Shame on you Bradshaw!!!
