Great customer service. Went looking for a new Colorado. Dealt with Cary and right away he told me he would find what I wanted. They had one on the lot. I told them where I needed to be price wise and they made sure I got it. All the guys were great ! This is the second car I've purchased from them and I'm sure I will be back!
Recently had oil, filter, lube, tires rotated and multipoint inspection on my Buik Encore. Bradshaw had me in and out in a little over 30 minutes. Service associate was very polite and courteous . Excellent service, as usual!

Oil changed and someone forgot to place plug back in ! Now at my expense $350.00 later ,& a day later I get to drive it home they said oil change done . Now I drive 4 miles up the road something is wrong it is shaking bad so I go back oh now I have 2 very bad oil leaks I ask HOW? U just changed the oil ????? So its the cam cover and timing cover .....SMH never wil I go back NEVER . Becareful if you do !
NEVER AGAIN - I have a 2015 GMC DENALI that is making a horrible sound from AC that gets louder and longer but they tell me this is normal and I have taken it in 3 times to have air whistle sound passenger door fixed and it still is an issue. I have had it and would like to sell cheap this vehicle GMC say's it perfectly normal. LMK if interested. Oh and my neighbors does not make this sound....same year.....same model so it must be the color if my truck!
