Tony Bentley was wonderful to work with. I bought an Acadia from Bradshaw. I had an issue with the DVD not working properly. He not only got it taken care quickly but replaced it. He is honest and super helpful. Ernest(the sales manager)was awesome. He explained each part of the warranty and answered any and all questions. I will be sending anyone I can to Bradshaw. They made buying a car easy and painless. Thanks guys!
Traveling from New York to South Carolina, the air conditioning was not working properly and a necessity in 90 degree temperatures. In searching for a GM dealership, Bradshaw Automotive was the only place that was able to give us an immediate appointment late in the afternoon. Purchased my new Tahoe yesterday from Salesman Tony Bentley! From the moment we spoke with him on the phone before making the 3 hr drive to look at it we really felt like we had spoke with the perfect salesman! Scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle, drove almost 3 hours and got an email that said the vehicle had been sold. Wasted afternoon. What is the point of an appointment if you can't hold for out of towners to arrive at the dealership?
