We purchased a car at Bradshaw’s yesterday. The gentleman who helped us was wonderful, friendly, courteous.....someone who knows what customer service is. However, the gentleman who finalized our paperwork with us was nothing like that. I am most upset by the way he spoke to his co-worker in front of customers, including my husband and I. It was embarrassing and unacceptable. I took my 2015 Tahoe into here for transmission issues. As I figured, nothing wrong with it. I used to work at a dealer, and sadly I know this is a typical response. Also, finding out later there is something wrong with it, but it isn’t covered under the manufacturers warranty, yet it has less then 100k miles and is a transmission issue. Their service sucks we have had to send our car there twice for the same reason in two weeks both times they have lost our car. And obviously the problem was not fixed the first time when they said it was. I will never do any business with them after this.
Car was promised to me twice - manager said it was mine to buy - and then called a day later to say they sold it to a dealer friend.
