I have bought 2 vehicles from Bradshaw and today I got a free oil change and inspection coupon. Very nice setup, service, and people. I would recommend this dealership. When I bought my silverado I had an extremely great buying process. When I bought my Malibu that was under 10k I didn’t get the same experience because it was almost the end of the day on a Saturday. Bought a great car yesterday at a great price! James and Earnest were both extremely professional and helpful. Best car buying experience we have ever had. We were just searching online for the type of car I wanted and found their website. Drove over two hours from East Tennessee, and it was absolutely worth the drive!!
This place has terrible customer service. As we were discussing the sale of a vehicle, the salesman just didn’t seem interested in making a sale. He answered his personal cellphone right in front of my husband and I. In the end, he didn’t bother to offer his business card or take our name and numbers to follow up with us. It just seemed as though we were inconveniencing him throughout the entire time we were there. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
One week after I bought a brand new car we had a huge hail storm. My car needed major repairs. I got the run around from another body shop. A friend recommended Bradshaw to me. I am so thankful that I contacted them. They got to my car quickly and finished the repairs in 1/2 the time the other shop said it would take. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant to work with. I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you, John Meyer, for your great work on my CRV.
