Their collision center is the worse, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Worked on my car 3 times and still didn't get it right, left parts off of vehicle and now I'm having to take it somewhere else to get the job done right. I'll never have anymore dealings with Bradshaw Automotive. If they sell vehicles like their collision center does work, I feel sorry for the people that purchase from them.
I'll never buy another truck from I had to go alway the way to Herndon Chevy they have the best deal I have bought 4 trucks from Bradshaw never again will I buy another one from them and the truck that I wanted has been there for 4 months and the manger told me it would set there for a long time before he would sell it to me glad it's still there
The services I received at Bradshaw Automotive Group were excellent. However, during my latest service at Bradshaw Automotive Group, a Bradshaw employee changed EVERY seat setting during the time my vehicle went from Point A (Service Reception) to Point B (Automobile Service Bay) to Point C (Wash Area) to Point A (Service Reception). The 2012 Buick Verano does not have memory seat settings and it felt like I had sat in a recliner that was almost fully reclined.
