Horrible service from the service department. No one can return phone calls (several left over several days). Every time I bring it in for repairs, they create more problems. After purchasing 5 vehicles from Bradshaw, this is the last one.
Very disappointed with service !!!!
I do not recommend anyone purchasing a used vehicle from here. I got a 2004 Cadillac SRX with less than 70,000 miles on it and it's the worse car I've ever had. Only had the car 6 weeks now and about to take it back to service department for the 3rd time! I needed a larger vehicle my growing family but I wanted a dependable one too and I cannot say that about this one. I'm very disappointed. I had to take it back for some warranty work and could not be happier with the service and dedication they showed.
