When being treated by Dr. Carroll, I know I am going to get the latest and most applicable professional advice and service. The staff is, to a person, friendly, considerate and eager to address any issues in a positive way. I strongly recommend this dentistry practice.
Can you imagine only 2 weeks out of a total hip surgery I cracked a crown! (Can't have dental work for 6 months after joint replacement.) Fortunately, I was able to take penicillin before the procedure and Dr. Carroll was able to make a temporary eye tooth to fill the gaping hole that was in my mouth. I have no fear of going to my dentist's office. Everyone there makes me feel at home. Today, I went for a teeth cleaning and did not need to be checked by the dentist, but Dr. Heim came in to say "Hello" anyway. He is very patient and always explains everything. I remember how proud he was when he made me a tooth with his 3-D printer. Instead of giving me a temporary tooth and telling me to come back a few weeks later, he was able to sculpt my tooth on the computer, print it before my eyes, clean it and insert it. Dr. Carroll saw me the same day I called about a chipped tooth and repaired it immediately. He is gentle and informative. The office staff and other personnel are friendly and attentive. I like the whole office experience.
