Session was on time and very thorough. Staff was very professional and effective. Office has a pleasant and caring atmosphere.
Heim & Carroll is the only dental practice I will visit or recommend to others. My hygienist Sharon and Dr. Heim truly care about my well-being, and they take extreme pride in their work. Their care is thorough, professional, effective, and friendly. Even the receptionist greets you as a welcomed friend. Visit once and you will be a patient for life, as I am!

For my first visit I was super impressed. Got in super fast (had an issue that I feared going back to my usual dentist for), Dr Heim was very thorough and spent a ton of time with me. Very professional and knowledgeable. Happy to say I won't be going back to my old dentist. Even made my daughter's first dentist appointment ever for the future. Also I regret not getting the receptionist's name, she was lovely!
Dr. Heim and Dr. Carroll have been my dentists for over 5 years. Their work is excellent -- I have had crowns and bridges and implants and fillings and cleanings. They care about their my health and go out of their way to make me comfortable during dental procedures. Their staff are all competent, professional and personal. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Heim is the best dentist I have ever seen. I am truly terrified of the dentist, and Dr. Heim and his staff are continually patient and kind with me throughout the entire process. I really had no idea that dentists such as Dr. Heim existed before going to him. He now sees my son and I feel confident that he is in the most capable hands possible.
