Excellent! Office Staff are always friendly and cheerful. My recent cleaning was unique: Pleasant, quick, friendly,and professional. A light touch and no-no discomfort. The Ultrasonic scaler in Amanda's hands was a new and pleasant experience.
Visit could not have been better. Amanda was friendly and thorough. Dr. Heim is by far the best Dentist I have ever had. He is exceptional. The entire staff greet you with a smile and are good at their jobs. Lastly, the equipment is constantly being upgraded to the leading edge technologies. This translates directly to the comfort and well being of their patients.
Dr. Heim's office is always a great dental experience! Sharon Case is an excellent hygienist, and Dr. Heim always professional and polite. My visits are often quick and painless, and I enjoy the convenient location!
Love this office ! Staff is excellent and always willing to help. Very friendly and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience, not a scary experience. Really good with kids too !
I was having a difficult time getting to the dentist and he office was happy to have me bring my kids with me so that I could get in for my cleaning. They were very patient with them being there and made room for them near the chair. They were very patient when I had to bring my potty training toddler to the toilet on multiple occasions during the appointment. Excellent all around!
Dr. Carroll and his support staff, and Michelle, are the absolute best dental team anyone could ask for. If not for them I would probably have to resort to eating only Jello! They're the best!
Service was excellent great staff!!
As usual, no waiting,super professional thorough cleaning and dental exam. Cannot see how it could get better !
