From the dentist to the receptionist, every person in the practice is competent, friendly and helpful - super practice.
This office is very well run. Everyone does their job !! Dr. Carroll is very good!! Top Notch!! Office has all the modern equipment.

I first met Brad Heim years ago, when we both had sons in the same Boy Scout troop. He was on the troop committee and I was new in town, so when my teeth needed attention I went to him. Great choice! Brad became the dentist for our family, and remains so to this day for my wife and me. (Our two sons grew up and left the state.) Brad is meticulous in his work and always explains not only what he is doing, but WHY he is doing it. He also has a talent for hiring great dental assistants. He is our dentist for life!
I have been a patient of Dr. Heim since he started his practice in Glastonbury. There are many dentists in the area to choose from but, in my opinion, none would be better. Every dentist has similar equipment. It's the person that makes the difference. He is kind, gentle and caring. When I got married and had children, we all were, and remain, patients of Dr. Heim. Have been going to Dr. Heim for decades. He and his staff are very professional, thorough, and courteous. They will answer all my questions. Dr. Heim stays current on the latest technologies, procedures and equipment. His staff is very accommodating with scheduling as well. I am very happy with this practice and would highly recommend it.
I had an excellent visit today....six month cleaning!!!! Michelle did an amazing job with the instruments and I felt no pain, all gain!!!! Come here!!!! :)
