As a fairly new patient, I had some anxiety about my one hour visit yesterday, with 2 large, deep fillings to be replaced. What an easy visit, with no pain or discomfort! No after pain! Great work by Dr. Heim and his assistant!

My latest semi-annual cleaning and checkup were both efficiently and expertly handled. There were ample e-mail reminders of my appointment, there was virtually no waiting for the hygienist to start the cleaning process, and my post-cleaning checkup by Dr. Heim found a couple of issues that he clearly explained. I left my appointment feeling that I am in very competent hands, which is why I have been coming to this practice for more than 20 years.
If you are looking for an excellent dentist practice you should choose this one and ask for MIchelle for your cleaning and Dr. Carroll for your dentist.
No one looks forward to getting a cap. Wow has the cap experience changed. Had a very pleasant experience. Did not take that long either. Must get one more and I look forward to another pleasant experience. My husband was impressed with my description of the process when I got home. If you need a cap, this is the dental office to go to.
