Always a pleasure going to the dentist. Everyone is so nice and gentle too! They are always on time and get you in and out quick. I drive 30 minutes to get there when there are plenty of dentist where I live!
As a patient, I've come to Heim and Carroll for check ups and they're excellent. This time I had a minor but irritating issue and they were willing to see them right away. They treated it and I was on my way!
Amanda was wonderful; she used a new method of cleaning my teeth that was actually pleasant; not all that manual scraping that I was used to all the other visits I went to. She is very nice to work with, and I hope I get her again the next time I go in for my checkup.

From the moment my appointment was scheduled, to the ease at which I was able to access my paperwork online, I knew I had made the right decision. I was greeted enthusiastically when I entered the office and my nervousness was fading. My hygienist, Sharon, was thorough and reassuring. Dr. Heim, well he is the best! I know I am in the best hands possible!
My 12 year old and 7 year old LOVE Dr Carroll and the whole staff. He makes them laugh and they don't even realize they're having a check up. Balloon animals are a plus!
As usual outstanding service today and throughout the past decade that I've been coming to this office. I highly recommend Heim & Caroll.
As a new patient to this office I am very pleased with the doctors and staff. They all are very friendly, professional and thorough. Everyone takes the the time to introduce themselves and the doctor explains everything very carefully and clearly. This practice was recommended to me and I am so pleased I have found a dentist I feel comfortable with and confident I'm getting quality dental care.
