I have been to a few dentists in my life but I have never felt as comfortable as i do with Dr. Carroll and staff. They take pride in making you feel as part of their family. I recommend them highly.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr Heim for almost 30 years. He is incredibly talented, compassionate and attentive to the smallest detail. His "bedside manner" has to be experienced to believe it. His approach to care is reflected in his staff who also strive for the best possible outcomes. Today I had a routine cleaning and X-rays. As usual, I could not have had a better experience.
Dr. Carroll is absolutely the best! Makes you feel right at ease, professional and kind.
my dental hygienist was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. She explained what she was doing and provided guidance on how I could better care for my teeth and gums. she showed me pictures of my teeth as well as X-rays. Dr. Heim also did a thorough examination of my teeth, mouth and neck. I left the office feeling well cared for and grateful to have such a caring staff looking after my welfare.
Heim & Carroll for the past 8 years have preformed the best service for my family and myself. I can't see myself going to any other practice.
I had my preliminary work done today for my Invisalign treatment. It was quick and painless. Dr Carroll gives you step by step information on what to expect during your visit and treatment going forward. I'm very excited to get started!
