We moved to the area two years ago, and were referred to Dr. Carroll by long-time patients; we've been very pleased. Kathy makes sure appointments and insurance claims run smoothly. Michelle is our hygienist and is great. And Dr. Carroll takes the time to explain any dental issues that arise very thoroughly. My teeth are in better shape now than they were two years ago!

Semi annual checkup and cleaning visit went real well. Terrific hygienist, great doctor and superb front desk staff. One happy team and oh so pleasant.

Excellent as always
No one wants to go to the dentist, but most of us do so regularly. Dr. Carroll is engaging as are the hygienists and front desk staff. We have been with the practice for more years than I want to admit, but we return as scheduled and feel like family.
My family & I have been patients for over 30 years, and I can attest to the excellent staff and care provided on all levels. Both Dr. Heim & Dr. Carroll are knowledgeable, personable & take time with their patients to explain procedures so that the patient has a clear understanding of what to expect; there are no hidden surprises. The staff is always friendly and professional. You can make an appointment and actually be seen at the time of your appointment. Your care session will last as long as needed to have your issue addressed. If you need emergency treatment, you get it. So why is it that no other care provider I visit is able to provide this level of service???
