Although I grew up in Connecticut, I currently live out of state - yet I so value Dr Heim's services i have refused to change. If that isnt an endorsement for the high level of confidence i have in his ability, I dont know what else would be. Very patient, takes the time to carefully explain all the options and always has the most updated equipment. His team is very gentle and its a well-run office.

Dr, Heim has been my dentist for about 25 years, I am very fortunate to be his patient. I do sometimes think what will I do when he retires. The hygienist Amanda is amazing, in every facet of her job. When I left I asked Stephania who found her. Good question as it was Stephania. I believe it is impossible to run a medical practice any better than this. You can use my name if you would like.

I had a cleaning and love the ultrasound which means a lot less picking and scraping. It was very quick, I don’t remember the name of my dental hygienist but she was super nice as is everyone else too!
Visiting Dr. Carroll's office is such a welcoming experience. The staff is incredible, so understanding and passionate about what they do and their patients. Dr. Carroll is so personable and cares not only for his patient's health but he takes the time to hear about his patient's life, too. It's Always an easy trip to the dentist. Dr. Heim is very thorough and very gentle. His staff is great too. There are plenty of dentist in my town but I drive 30 minutes to see Dr. Heim and his dental hygienist staff. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
Top of the line dentistry office. Great bunch of people working there. Highly recommended.
Everything I could say about this practice is absolutely positive. I highly recommend Dr. Heim and Dr. Carroll.
