After the stress of moving from RI to CT, my first visit to Heim & Carroll DMD office was very pleasant and welcoming. Dr Carroll, along with his staff, were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I feel very comfortable moving forward with Dr. Carroll as my new dentist.
Love this practice!! Everyone, from the doctors to the hygienists and office staff are so nice ! I never cringe when I have to go to the dentist, they make it a very pleasant experience.
Dr. Carroll found room in his schedule to fit me in and find the source of my toothache that has been bothering for 3 or more weeks, slowly getting worse. By asking questions about my symptoms, checking my records, taking a new super closeup, he found what he called "cracked tooth syndrome" and with a small amount of drilling has made it far more comfortable. He explained that it might need more extensive treatment in the future, this is good, at least for now. (I am an octogenarian, and glad to have original teeth!)
As always, on time, pleasant, professional service. Wonderful staff, help planning/mitigating big dental bills since I have such soft teeth. Cool new tooth cleaning tool!
Excellent team work. Thank you to Doctor Heim. Two of my boys trusted him and his teams hands right away. And they left after the visit with a big smile on their faces. We are really pleased that we finally found a good dentist in town.
First let me say that the entire staff at Heim & Carroll are fantastic. Cathy at the front desk is always smiling and happy to greet me. Stef the office manager is so pleasant and a joy to speak with. Michelle my dental hygienist has a soft touch and does an awesome job and Dr. Carroll well he is just the greatest. Thank you all.
