Amanda is fantastic. Very understanding of my fear of the high pitch drill sound and made the cleaning as easy as possible.

After 30 yrs with my previous dentist I had to find a new one due to the fact that I moved house. Dr. Carroll is a kind caring knowledgeable gentle dentist. So far I have had the first examination and my first cleaning. Amanda was gentle and cleaned my teeth. So I’m happy to say that I have found a new home for my teeth. If you need a dentist Dr Carroll and his staff will serve you well

I have a pretty severe dental phobia and Dr Heim and Mary are so kind and gentle with me. Everyone in the practice is equally kind and very professional. Additionally, the practice has very up to date technology. I actually drive about 90 minutes to come to this office since nothing close to me compares.
It is always a pleasure to go into the office. The staff, from the front desk to the Dr. Heim, are friendly, knowledgeable, and make the cleaning/dental work far less onerous than people who don't go to dentists think it is. I would recommend to anyone, and especially people who have been ignoring their teeth out of fear of the dentist. Go, keep your teeth, and enjoy the very personable staff.
Always top quality service
I had an incredible experience at Dr. Carroll's office. It started from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted very warmly his wonderful staff. Dr. Carroll did an amazing job cleaning my teeth, in fact you have my permission to use it as a before and after. Overall I would rate the experience as excellent and I would recommend Dr. Carroll to friends and family.
