I just want to start off with how friendly and welcoming everyone was at this practice. They must love what they do! I was very happy with the work Dr. Carroll did fixing my chipped front tooth. I am glad I switched over to this practice after my last dentist retired.
As always, I was very pleased with my experience with Michelle. She is very thorough, professional, and very friendly. I would recommend her highly.
Dr. Heim and Dr. Carroll are excellent dentists and their staff is always courteous. Michele is the best Hygienist - she is so gentle and patient. :)

Most dentists/doctors I’ve found to be very impersonable however this is not the case here! Everyone is extremely friendly and you are made to feel at home. Excellent service!

My appointment was on time, pleasant, and professional. Sharon was great with cleaning and Dr. Carroll was very cordial and helpful.
As always, my experience with Dr Heim was excellent! His knowledge and professionalism makes him one of the best! Also the staff is always very pleasant and accamodating.
Amanda and Dr. Carroll are very professional, friendly, and personable. They take the time to answer questions and make their clients feel comfortable. Dr. Carroll also takes the time to explain any potential issues and will not recommend additional services if they are not needed. I highly recommend this dental group and would refer anyone I know to Dr. Carroll and Amanda without hesitation.
