I have been Dr. Heim's patient for many years and always appreciate his knowledge, skill, and kindness. I have also had a positive experience with Dr. Carroll who did a successful tooth implant for me a couple years ago. All the staff are friendly and efficient. Sharon, a great hygienist, is very gentle and often has useful tips for keeping my teeth in good shape. I would certainly recommend this group to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

I drive from Middletown to Glastonbury because I like this practice and Dr. Heim. Always appreciate that they are helpful/thoughtful and give me options as their recommendations. The hygienists always do a great job as well. I rarely wait long for my appointment but I don't feel rushed when I'm there. No one "likes" going to the dentist, but since we "have" to go, would recommend here.

This was my first dentist visit and I was a little nervous but Sharon and Dr Heim were so nice and gentle! I had a great time and loved my animal balloon at the end! Thank you for making my first dentist visit so fun!
