I can not say I look forward to dental visits but I will say this office makes it more pleasant than I have ever experienced. The staff are friendly and personable at the same time very professional too. Dr. Heim is so gentle, almost painless each visit! So happy I was referred to this office.
I am usually very bad on the feedback department, but exceptional experiences do call for a little effort on my part! Can you post this? My computer doesn't load the review page. Maybe just my first name? Hope so. I would like to note how wonderful the Carroll office is! All the staff. Somehow they remain nice, no matter what, and they remain good! my cleaning was quick and easy, although they always take time to answer my questions. i'll be back monday for a filling but i won't give it another thought. they've totally earned my trust.

Dr. Carroll did a fine job and made sure I was comfortable during the entire visit.
Staff is always welcoming, friendly and professional. Was seen rather quickly, cleaning and polishing was completed in a short amount of time. Doctor and technician responded very quickly to any questions. Would recommend this dental office.
My dentist Dr. Carroll is the best dentist there is. He is courteous and very nice! He always does a wonderful job on my teeth. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a Dentist.
As usual my appointment went very smoothly. Everyone in the office was very professional and extremely kind. The dental hygienist (Michelle) was very gentle and thorough and addressed all of my concerns. Dr. Heim checked my mouth for any issues ordered X-rays and assured me I would be notified if further action was required. I was able to schedule my next check-up with ease. A very positive experience.
