My most recent visit to Dr Heim/Dr Caroll’s Office was a pleasant experience. Starting with the friendly reminder call from Heidi, a very pleasant and warm individual the day before my appointment. I was then greated warmly by multiple staff and was made to feel very welcome. My dental hygienist Michelle was extremely nice and respectful explaining every aspect of her cleaning. Been going to Dr Carroll’s office since I moved to the area over 8 years now and have had a wonderful experience. The entire staff is just so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this office.
For the past few years we have enjoyed consistently great dental care. Sharon did my cleaning on 1/2 and Dr. Heim my exam. Before coming to this practice I used to dread dental visits (including cleanings!)-now I am much more comfortable when I have an appointment for treatment of any kind.
I had a wonderful experience
Amanda was extremely pleasant and efficient. Has excellent focus and a great personality. Dr. Heim is The Man. Enough said. Every time I go to this Dental practice, I see new equipment and new procedures. They are not static but always getting better. Only thing I would not miss is the water / water suction apparatus.

Amanda does a great job cleaning my teeth Very personable lady as well Brad Heim always takes time to explain pertinent things to me and I’d a very knowledgeable dentist Cathy at the front desk always explains things well and is very personable
Dr. Carroll and his staff are excellent. My entire family goes there and we are extremely happy.
I appreciated Dr Heim having researched and discussed with me my medical condition, which is not directly related to the dental care he provides. Definitely ‘over and beyond’!!
