every aspect of visit was perfect
On my recent I had a very pleasant visit. The cleaning went very smooth. Michelle, was very pleasant and made sure that I was comfortable. Dr. Heim, was also very pleasant and made me very comfortable also,
As usual Sharon did an excellent job. Cool new cleaning tool uses mostly warm water, hardly felt a thing. I've got to get my husband to 'drive all the way to Glastonbury'. It's only a partial family joke that his teeth are so sensitive he needs Novocain for a cleaning.
Nobody expects that a visit to the Dentist will be fun. Nevertheless, my visit yesterday was entirely pleasant. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I've been going there so long that the cleaning technician seems like an old friend. She and I talked about our children. I first met Brad Heim at the scout troop where both our boys belonged, so he is an old friend. Relax! Enjoy! You won't find more professional or friendlier care anywhere!

Love this office, have gone here my whole life, they are so great at everything they do. Everyone is very professional from the staff to the hygienists and dentists !
Even though I now live an hour away, I wouldn't think of changing to another dental office. The hygienists are excellent and I love Dr. Carroll. The office is run very efficiently so you can expect to get in and out in a timely manner.
