I called with a dental emergency and was seen in the same day. By the time I arrived, this dental office was able to get my X-rays from my usual dentist and took me in right away. Even though the office was closing soon and the dental assistant was away, Dr. Helm performed the procedure by himself without a dental assistant and ended up staying after hours. The work done was painless and complete. I would highly recommend this practice. In fact, I believe I will be changing dental practice to this office.
I always receive excellent care when I see Sharon. She is very professional and personable.
Yet again another wonderful experience at Heim & Carroll DMD LLC. Despite being poked in the gums by my wonderful hygienist :) Who, I might add, is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable in the chair ....... Heidi & Stefania (what’s not to love about THAT dynamic duo) always willing to accommodate any scheduling issues or explain any insurance questions. All the staff is great! You can’t go wrong with either dentist, I love Amanda the hygienist and Kathy at the front desk is a sweetheart!!
AS ALWAYS I HAD A WONDERFUL OFFICE VISIT WITH THE WHOLE STAFF. DR. HEIM AND IS STAFF ARE VERY CARING AND MAKES YOUR VISIT ENJOYABLE. SEE YOU IN MAY FOR MY FILLING.
Had a repair done on one of my teeth- I received enough medication to make the procedure painless, Dr. Carroll inspires confidence, and the repair went quickly.
Quick and relatively painless...not what I expected. Everyone pleasant and caring.
Dr. Heims office is so incredibly friendly, spotless, and made you feel so comfortable! He is so nice, thorough and explains everything! I have never been so happy with a dentist office! I would recommend this practice to everyone!
