Friendly office, runs on time.
I had a tooth where the gum receded to a 7. After Doctor Heim did something in December and told me what to do, that gum measurement today was a 4. All this was accomplished without visiting a periodontist. The hygienist is wonderful. Seems very competent and so respectful. Everyone in that office is wonderful, from the moment I walk in to the moment I make my next appointment. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr. Heim since the early eighties.He is excellent explains everything. He is so good I started my children going to him, he worked better with the kids then the previous pediatrician dentist did. I see Sharon for cleaning and she is excellent also.
Dr. Carroll has been my dentist for many years, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He is an outstanding dentist and person. Sharon did my cleaning today and she is awesome! The entire team is great. I feel fortunate to be a patient of this dental office. Five stars!

Who likes going to the dentist and having a tooth extracted? Well I didn’t mind one bit as I simply trust Dr. Carroll and the team. Didn’t feel a thing. Thank you for making it painless and for assuring me step by step of what needed to be done. Day after, following the Dr’s orders and taking it easy. Not much pain or discomfort. Thanks Doctor.
I had an appointment this morning and I always enjoy going because Sharon, my dental hygienist, is always so personable and pleasant to talk with and does a thorough job. I might only get my teeth cleaned twice a year, but it is always a memorable experience.
This office is now my dedicated dental office. It is like being at "Cheers" where everyone knows your name. Just finishing up some restorative dental work, I needed a quick adjustment and I was promptly seen. I have never left the office without having everything completed. My smile and the health of my mouth has never been so good and I have alot of years on me to prove it! Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
