Absolutely love the Bounce and Bounce Beats classes! I've been going for a year and look forward to every class. My fitness and confidence has vastly improved. The music and routines are great, the people are lovely and our instructor Cara is amazing. Thoroughly enjoy and would thoroughly recommend.

I’ve really fallen in love with Bounce and that’s come from Cara’s care and attention she pays to everyone who goes to her classes. Fun, laughter, engaging and her never-ending energy is second to none! Always making every class unique, Bounce (and particularly Bounce Beats) is the highlight of my week. So much so I now go 2-3 times every week. Cara brings new tracks, new moves and evolves the difficulty it’s the best work out around. Get yourselves to the next class you can! I promise you won’t regret it!

Thoroughly fun and engaging BEATS class. The instructor, Cara, is very thoughtful and professional, she is very friendly and demonstrates the moves and choreography clearly to follow easily. The music is great and the class is so good for fun and relieving stress! Using drum sticks with the trampoline routine gives a second element to an already great workout! Amazing fitness class. Cara makes you feel really comfortable and always has a smile on her face whilst delivering the classes which makes you feel at ease. I have never experienced a class where you have so much fun whilst getting a full body workout 😊 Bounce has really helped me with my fitness….I love these classes and really look forward to them.
