Recommend! – BPM has not given us any problems and helped with anything we asked them to. There has been no problem with rent either. recommend.

Great apartment complex – Great apartment complex, awesome location 5 minuite walk to campus and Pearl St, Boulder Property Management has been, by far, the best property management company that I have worked with in Boulder. They are quick with responding to any concerns that I have about my apartment. Thanks BPM!

The company does not interefere with me too much, as long as you pay your bills you never come into contact with them outside of maintenance requests. I had some problems recieving a security deposit, and even though it did not directly effect them they were willing to help me out.

Friendly and efficient – The maintenance staff moves fairly quickly if there's an area that needs to be addressed. When family / friends visited they were very complimentary of the place and I believe it's a good layout for 1 person possibly a couple. Also the staff at Boulder Property Management are very friendly and efficient.

Easy to work with – Really helpful if you're looking for an apartment and if you need maintenance help once you're moved in. Also, their apartments are in great locations and all over the city. They are really easy to work with.

So close to campus – I rented a studio apartment at the Colorado Place Apartments near CU through Boulder Property Management. I enjoyed the apartment very much as it was a nice space for myself and it was very close to campus which was perfect for me when I was a grad student at CU. The rent included utilities which was nice from a budgeting stand point but as someone who tries to be eco-friendly and conserve resources I wonder if I wasn't paying for the excess of my neighbors.I never had any need to contact BPM during my s... read more

I found maintenance to be great. They were always very quick to fix things, minor issues were fixed within a few hours

Our complex is well-maintained and all of our unit's maintenance issues have been addressed promptly and with clear communication. The folks who work in the maintenance office are quick to respond to requests and to follow-up. BPM has really done a very good job for us providing all that we've asked for.

We have had a very good experience renting from BPM for over a year (which is why we renewed our lease for a second year). We visited Colorado and began the application process with BPM--thereafter the leasing agent and other staff went out of their way to work with us long-distance to secure an apartment while we were back on the east coast.
